Medical ProSource has two ways to earn a referral bonus:

Candidate Referral - If you refer someone to us for a 40 hour a week position and we are able to place them, you will receive a $100.00 referral bonus for a contract position and $200 for a direct-hire position. One half of the amount 2 weeks after they start and the remaining amount after 90 days of employment.

Job Referral - If you tell us about a 40 hour a week job opening and we place someone in that job, you will receive a $100.00 referral bonus for a contract position and $200 for a direct-hire position. One half of the amount 2 weeks after the consultant starts and the remaining amount after 90 days of employment.
