How Does ProSource find exceptional candidates?
:: ProSource was established in 1989 and currently has a database of approximately 10,000 candidates. .We draw on this database for candidates as well as referrals. ProSource also uses direct recruiting, Internet forums, user groups and networking events.

Can ProSource recruit for positions outside of Houston?
:: Although the majority of our business is in Texas, our Recruiters routinely recruit for candidates from locations across the United States.

What kind of benefits do you offer?
:: ProSource offers Medical with Vision, Dental, 401K and manager approved training, for our W2 employees only. .Benefits are not offered to 1099 candidates.

Do you pay for training for your contractors/consultants?
:: Yes, we partner with C-Trec for our candidates training. .Our training program is based on the needs of our clients as well as our candidates. .Each candidate is eligible for training once ProSource has spoken with the client and determined first that the candidate is performing well in their role and second the training in question will assist the candidate in their current or a future role with the client.

Does ProSource just place contractors?
:: No, we place for contract, contract to hire and full-time direct hire candidates.

Is ProSource a Houston organization?
:: Our concentration has been mainly in the Houston area but we have the ability to place candidates anywhere in the US.
